Rejected claim

I've been with MiWay insurance for sometime for my home content how last week when i try to claim for accidental damage of PS 3 they could allow me to claim it and saying im not covered fot accidental damage.

When i moved to MiWay they told me that as long as anything is no longer working within the house then it will be covered.

This is not the 1st time. Last year we had similar incident but all the claims have be rejected.

Why is always a problem when 1 need to claim
