Rejected claim by Midway short term insurance.

I was involved in an accident with Miway insurance client,she number me while I was stationery,Miway rejected my claim stating that their client was disturbed by the truck,lost control and number me,Miway,what is a third party insurance for?It even took me 6weeks to get feedback on my claim.
