Rejected claim and dispute

I have exhausted my communication with Miway. Both my claim and dispute were rejected. I resorted to get legal opinion and advice if there can be a case a the court of law. I still believe Miway insurance overlooked the manner in which the accident occurred. they only looked for balance of probabilities so that they can reject the claim and enrich themselves with my premiums. I have moved on and I am looking forward to recover from financial loss that I suffered due to having Miway as my insurer.
