Rejected car claim
I'm still struggling with miway insurance , yesterday I received an email from Bonga Mtobela telling me that they can't provide me with the recordings of the witnesses that I've provided to them and those recordings are the reason my claim was rejected. Please help me to get this matter resolved. My car was not even a year old. I bought it last year September. It was 2019 model brand new Ford Figo trend ruby red.
