Regretting my decision to choose Miway

The experience with Miway has been exhausting keeping in mind that I considered moving to this insurance. I have contacted you from last week Thursday trying to cancel my application for a car insurance however I have failed to receive any feedback. When calling for assistance 2 consultants have stated that I will receive a call and that it was escalated to a manager to contact me as soon as possible as the department is busy. This is the third day and I have received no joy. I am requesting to be contacted urgently with this regard.
