Regretfull client

Getting the insurance they the sweetest convince you that it's really your way but it's clearly not when it's time to claim ! I am waiting so long . I hate to this but I am getting no feedback I'm at a point of changing insurance because of this issue 🙃 I claimed in the past for 2 new tyres and they paid for it no issues now this Time they reject it .. I mean each month I pay . The fees went up I paid . But now time to claim it rejected . Common man . To make things worst they want me to take it on my comprehensive cover . Stay away.. management can't even speak to their clients they put their staff in front by the way I'm with miway for 3years
