regret

I am so hurt and disappointed by MiWay they made sure i leave First for woman so they can go out their way to get me off cover and make my life a living hell. so I got a call 2-3 months back to switch to miway and i accepted because of the premium and excess. then noticed that they didnt deduct prmuims from my account and i called and advised them not once but so many times, but they insisted that they deducted it. 4th of june i called and advsised again that no premium was deducted they again insisted they did until i sent through my bank statement, then now they trying to deduct every day, now my account is on a minus because of there fault.

now i had to cancel my policy because I'm at -Minus because they keep on trying to debit my account. I had no issues with first for woman and i gave miway a chance now i regret it
