Refusing to refund my excess and still debiting me when there is no contract

<p>I was with miway for almost 8 years before my car was written off. This was the worst decision i have ever made in my life. These people are refusing to refund me my excess. You lie by saying you cant trace the 3rd party, how is this possible when I have emailed you the 3rd parties details which he wrote on the accident report? Your incompeted staff members said they called me and I told them to leave a message or email me if they cant find me, which is a normal request if you cant find someone and you running a normal business in SA. I have been sending emails and you conveniently ignoring me. And then after you debit my account at the end of July 2016 when I dont even have a contract with your company.</p>
