Refusing to refund
Miway is refusing to refund me after promising to do so. On 1 sept i canceled my policy, The agent changed the cancelation date after I declined her quote. On the 22 Sept I was told the refund will take 7 days. Since then I've made countless calls to them and all I get told is I will get called back.
