Refusing to payout

<p>My vehicle was involved in an accident in June, during the claim process, I was informed that the original vehicle registration documents were needed. I informed them that the title of the vehicle was overseas and they will be back in October, to make a long story short I eventually got the original documents and now it is impossible to get Miway to come and collect these documents from last week Thursday. After been promised they would be collected on Friday. They are now blaming UTI for not collecting the documents I have been pushed from pillar to post regarding this claim and I have yet to receive a call from Miway for any sort of explanation. One has to assume that they going out of their way not to payout, even after they have taken my vehicle from me. You will never get a call from your claims advisor regarding your claim, you will find yourself calling them. I challenge Miway to find calls made to me during the claim process, I can tell you, you won't. Dont wast your time with them.</p>
