Refusing to pay my claim

I logged a claim with MiWay in July. I was told the amount they were to pay is below. I went to the same approved panelbeaters and I was quoted more than the access. I informed MiWay but was told the claim will be cheaper if they request it vs if I do it. Why the hell would I then be paying them if they I will end up paying R50000 on my own. According to the contract they should pay the difference if the quote is more than the access. The quote is more so they should pay. I am also paying for a car hire service. I will need a hired car when my car is being repaired, I am paying for the service but won't get it if they are not paying for it. I therefore have been paying insurance which is not willing to pay for nothing.
