Refusing to pay for accident damages

Hi There is a lady by the name of Palesa Mashilwane who as well has asked for a Technician Report which will state that the cause of break downs is the accident and that I've been sending a report from the technician who has seen the truck but keep on asking for the report. This is the Insurance that cannot be trusted, when there is a need in return to do as you pay them, they seem to point all the corners of the world in order for them to escape responsibility. If they were able to pay for the trailers on the rear end, what stops them to pay for the front damages. What is their proof to say the break downs are not the cause of an accident. Heavy impact can cause the severe damages in the engine.
