Refusing to pay a claim
Their client's car knocked my car which was standing on the side of the road and claimed as a third party and they arerefusing to pay the damages

01 Oct 2025, 12:41I will not reccomend my way to anyone. They are refusing to fix my car as a third party client and the reason being the accident did not happen intentionally. What the hell on earth does an accident happen intentionally. I have taken up the matter with my attorneys and will update an outcome.
