Refusing to give me sales recording

I spoke to Zimbili Manqele on the 31 of March 2022 and asked for a recording of the sales call and she told me the request has been sent and I should wait 3 days. On the 7th of April 2022 I spoke to Brian Mamagobo and he told the request was never done and he will send it through for me which he did but they sent the wrong recording. Today I spoke to Amanda Radebe and told her this is the third time I am asking for this recording. She asked for my ID which I supp**** and I never heard anything back from her.

I want the recording so that I can sort out the tracker payments for my car as they are not being payed at the moment. It looks to me that MiWay does not want to give me this recording and that is very ***** for for me. I am really concerned now.
