Refused to payout after hijack claim

My car was hijacked almost two months ago and last week Friday after long patience and meetings on my cost scheduled by MiWay, MiWay rejected my claim under a clause in which they ON RECORD said it was going to be overlooked. They still however deduct monthly debits and I have not yet received refund for any of the months I have was not insured including tomorrow’s debit will be deducted. I pay every month with no fail and have never claimed from car insurance before and in time of need and assistance from my insurance they are not of help !!! My car was only 5 months old and I am now having to deal with the heartache, stress of costs and emotional strain from this event and MiWay isnt there to assist ! I got a lot of complaints in my dms about them and claims and I don’t I’ll fight this case to get to the bottom of this ! You guys are so quick to take our monies and sell us dreams and when it’s time to payout, you will look for all loop holes under the sun for you not to pay ! Unacceptable!
