REFUSE TO SEND ME POLICY HISTORY
On the 15th Dec 2015 , I requested for a policy history via the website ,as my current insurer has requested this info. I got no response from Miway , I then sent an email on the 12th Jan requesting the same thing and till to date (8 days later ) I still have not received any feedback from Miway . Just because I have a cancelled policy with you doesnt mean I must be ignored!!
