Refusal to pay for claim

I received poor service from MiWay handling my claim C ********** and they do not even want to fix my car. They say the car is not covered for electrical issues. The policy says am covered for fire but now they refuse to assess my car further. They rip people off their money and refuse to pay for.claims. their consultants are also not so professional they respond like they are talking to a begger on the street hence we are paying for services.
