Refusal to cancel my contract

I noticed Miway in January that I want to cancel my insurance but till today it have not been cancelled. I called the call center so many times but i was told that they are busy and will call me back. Debit orders have been going through from January, and I have been reversing the payments which is an extra cost as the bank charges for that. I am not happy at all and also disappointed.
