Refund still pending

I cancelled my car insurance on the 25th of Feb , but they set the cancellation date to be the 27th of Feb. Which would of been my first deduction date. They then deducted the premium even while I asked them not to. I then called on the 2nd March asking for my refund, I was then told to send my bank statement and I would recieve the money on Wednesday 4th March . We can safely say no money was deposited into my account from MiWay. I would like MiWay to refund the debit, I honestly cannot keep calling every second day. And all the consultants tell me something different everytime I call. Nikiwe Shabangu was the last consultant I spoke to, I Emailed my bank statement to her.
