Refund on excess MIA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone reversed into me on the 19th June, where I had to ask Miway why they never asked for her details?! It is now the 25th July and my email requesting the progress on getting my excess back was just completely ignored. I had to borrow the amount to pay the excess when this accident was not my fault and now have to pay it back when I don't have the damn money!!!

I should have changed insurance companies last year when they wanted to charge me R9000 excess and I got the entire damage fixed for the same amount. Total *******!! Now my premium has increased since last years accident. Whatever you do, do not go with Miway.
