Refund

I took the car from the dealership on the 12/09/2019 and the pro-rata was mentioned the following day on the 13/09/2019 the money was taken and again on the 14/09/2019 different amount was taken. I phoned 15/09/2019 and they said they will refund me. Same day on the 16/09/2019 other money was taken I phoned since they promise me my refund on the 23/09/2019 until today. Sometimes if I phone they wil say the matter it still under finance department. Refund of the amount of R 1000.00 something the fun part it that the month end it around the corner they will take their money on my account while they still owes me my refund. Thank you
