Refund demand, Tow trucks and the Dealers payments.

I still have not received my review report. Someone called and told me she was responding on my review, when she was talking she told me that all these break down my Truck are encountering is not the cause of accident and I asked her what was the cause she did not answer me, it's been three times the truck is stuck on the road , a new truck model 2022, after the service at the dealer without being driven even 50km it complicated with the diff after the radiator that was done with the service, and was taken to the dealer, it came back and started the trip, on the way to Johannesburgh the radiator leaked and the driver called the machenic, and that did not help it was further taken to its dealer Middleburgh and they released it after repairs, on its way to Polokwana, it did not make it and complained with the gasket and was towed to Tzaneen, as it us its in Tzaneen, we have been paying all the costs after the service in Durban North, now I need to know the reason why is the insurance not paying me all the costs for the breakdown since the truck is insured to Miway, what is the agreement because all what I'm explaining to them is covered, they requested reports from the dealer and the dealer Mechanics are explaining that the breakdowns are from the serious accident involving many vehicles that were banging each other from my Truck. Please I need to know what next do they want and I want their response report through Hellopeter, they must stop trying to convince me because on my own I have failed speaking to them. I need a refund each an every qoutation that was send to them, starting from UD Durban North Tongaat and the tow truck that tow the truck, UD Middleburgh and it's tow truck, on the way the Mechanic and lastly UD Tzaneen and it's tow truck.

Pls Hellopeter assist me it's sounds like it's their habit not to pay the Clients making many excuses in a clear horizon.
