Refund
On the 23rd October 2025 I called in to cancel my car business insurance with my way but come the 1st of November 2025 my way deducted R1200 from my bank account, I queried this with them and they promised me that they will refund me with in 7 working day? Today is day 8 I still don't have a refund, I called them today again they told me they are looking into it and I should be getting a sms from them.... I'm so frustrated right now with my way because they are not taking me seriously
