Refund

I got an offer from competitors for a lesser premium and requested for a review and they advised that I must cancel with the brokers and deal directly with them which I did .

Cancellation with the brokers was done on the 15th which was confirmed by one of MiWay agents however they debited Feb premium,when I ask for a refund they are telling me that it will cover March and I will be credited then which is wrong why debit when cancellation is done before billing ,I want a refund as they reviewed the policy as of March and I also accepted the debicheck for the reviewed payment as of March.
