Refund and Cashback on Premiums
I was recently over charged on my monthly premium debit order. I called and enquired about this on the 1st of Aug 25. I was then informed that there will be a rufund together with my 2 year cash back processed within 7 days. It is now Business day 10 and I have not received any refund nor an update until I have to enquire about this. Can this be sorted out ASAP, I am expecting these funds by today.
