REFUND and cancel because NO service

I am unhappy as my claims were APPROVED which was fantastic but when I submitted I was told my hard drive would be sent back then suddenly I AM TOLD to pay R1500,I HAVE BEEN HOUNDING FOR THAT AND NO RESPONSE. I am unhappy with the service considering the amount I have been paying!!!!! 2200 madness! Anyway, I bought a new laptop and I see old one NOT REMOVED on my profile so I have now been wrongfully billed!!!!! I have no hard drive, no service and I clearly the WRONG INSURANCE PROVIDER.

Do we not also pay for service??? WORST service...
