Refund

I had car insurance policy with miway, and cancelled it before the start date. Now the money is been deducted from my account. I spoke to Maitumelo se said refund can be doneand takes about 7 day to process it and suggested that i must reverse the money with my bank however i could reverse the money due to work commitment. When i went back to them to ask for refunt, i am geting stories that this will not happen. It has been difficult to talk to relevent people. When i am tranfered on line i receive no answer. I sent lot of e,ails no feedback received. I am really unhappy with how this company is treating me.
