Refreshingly different experience - car insurance

I am changing my car insurance cover from First for Women to MiWay, and every part of the interaction thus far to complete my application & get the vehicle inspection accepted has been refreshingly PLEASANT, and in WONDERFUL contrast to your competition. <br> <br> - Bafedile handled my telephonic application process on Fri. 8 April 2016. He was friendly, enthusiastic-sounding and efficient; and called me back the moment the call dropped at some point during the process. <br> <br> - Patrick handled a query I had about the vehicle inspection today, Mon. 11 April 2016. He phoned me back the same day I submitted the online query, gave me a dedicated email address to send the form to and assured me he would call me back to confirm receipt. I sent it to him after 16:30 so I had little hope that it would be done today. HE PHONED ME BACK AT 16:45 AND HAD IT ALL DONE BY 16:50: he personally confirmed receipt of the document and got my cover date changed right away! He was friendly, enthusiastic and HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE'D DO!<br> <br> Thus far every point of contact I've had with MiWay directly has been friendly, efficient and straight-forward. If this is a taste of my new insurance cover, HALLELUJAH! Keep it up!
