I added car insurance on my policy with MiWay on the website, it went well but I needed to back date it as on the system I captured debit date and I needed to back up commencement date to the day I collected the vehicle from the dealer. I spoke to Puleng from the contract center, she was friendly, I could hear her smile and willingness to assist over the phone, she was quick in resolving my query, but most importantly I liked that she ran the query back to me to ensure that she understood what I wanted. To top it off, the premium was the best across multiple insurance companies I quoted with.
