Refreshing customer service

I had a pleasant experience with Sifiso from MiWay today, i needed a qoutation to add houhold content and personal belongings, he took his time to explain the different covers to me, explained the terms an conditions in a language i understood as well as the policy fine prints.

It was refreshing speaking to someone who wasnt forceful to take the cover and understood my needs.
