Refreshing Call

So I logged to get a call from Miway to update my insurance details and was I just smacked in the face by the positive Nokuthula who you could tell was smiling on the call,very patient and went the extra mile to check if my premium could be reduced as I did advise her about my financial situation. It's very rare to speak to a consultant especially from the insurance industry who doesn't sound like they're reading the t&c's from a piece of paper or textbook. Throughout the call she was very friendly,encouraging and spoke to me like she knew me,I really don't regret leaving Outsurance hey,this was quiet refreshing. Thank you for the great service! :)
