Referrals

I referred someone in good faith, expecting to receive a referral payout or voucher as previously advertised. However, that individual was later removed from my app as a referred person without explanation. I had to follow up via email, and after receiving a call, I was transferred between several departments—only for the call to eventually be disconnected.

Later, I received an email stating: “Please note when you have a broker on the policy you cannot refer (you can however, there is no payout/voucher). Only direct policies qualify for that.”

This condition was never made clear to me beforehand. Had I known that broker-linked policies don’t qualify for rewards, I would not have referred anyone in the first place. I find this lack of transparency extremely frustrating, and as a result, I will not be referring anyone else going forward.
