Referral reward not fulfilled

I am extremely disappointed with MiWay. I successfully referred someone and was supposed to receive the R700 referral reward, but I never got it. I have been waiting and following up with no proper feedback or resolution. The referral reward was one of the main reasons I promoted MiWay, yet the company has not honoured its own promise. This poor service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expected better from a company that claims to value its customers. I want this issue resolved
