Referral Fee
Hi Miway I referred my brother to MiWay Insurance in June 2026 and was advised that I would receive a referral fee of R1,000 once the process was completed. To date, I have not received the payment. I have made several follow-ups with the consultant handling the matter, but unfortunately, I have not received any feedback or resolution. I was also informed by an agent that the cashback would be loaded within 24 hours, but this has not happened. Could you please review this matter urgently and advise on the status of my referral reward? I would appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.
