I am so disappointed by the treatment I got from this insurance company , After I have been with them for 6years and only claiming once .
They don't communicate with their clients when we have problems,
I had to constantly follow up with them everyday with my complain
I have been waiting for them to get back to me it's been a month and I am still in the dark
