Reduced premiums - Super efficient and usable

I received my annual revised policy schedule and I was not content with the current cover any longer as my risk profile had been lowered in the meantime. <br> <br> I got on the on-line chat with a MiWay consultant (Carol Madalane) who managed to lower the premium as much as they were able. They also added a cellphone cover to my policy over chat which is extremely convenient as it bypasses the communication issues over the phone such as having to repeat something 5 times before the consultant has the correct info and visa verse.<br> <br> I later got a couple of quotes from other insurers who managed to give me very good quotes and I reverted to the MiWay on-line chat to discuss a lowering of my premium to meet these new quotes. A consultant put me through to a senior advisor (Phumeza Nkosi) who had a look at my quotes and ended up beating equivalent quotes that I got from notoriously cheap insurers. <br> <br> I am extremely satisfied with the service I got today and I am glad I get to stay with MiWay as they really are a very user-friendly insurer in this day and age.<br> <br>
