Reduced premium

I received my annual review and some of the premiums had increased by almost 12%. I called the call centre and spoke to David Nkotsi who was very helpful. He listened to what I had to say, confirmed that my details were unchanged and was able to negotiate a reduced premium on some of the items insured. In these times when every cent counts, I really appreciate the trouble he went to, to get me a better rate.
