Reduced Monthly premium
I contacted MiWay to ask the Service Advisors to help reduce my monthly premium because I couldn't afford the new increased premium. I spoke to Mapaseka who managed to reduce the excess amount for the two cars which are covered on my policy from R7500 to R5000. The premium was reduced from R1698.43 to R1397.87, that means I have saved R300.56.
This is very exciting for me because I didn't expect that the reduced excess amount would also come with a reduced monthly premium. Thanks to Mapaseka's service more especially her calming words and gentleness.
