Reduced monthly premium

<p>I was concerned after receiving my updated policy indicating that my annual premium will increase by a considerable amount. I called MiWay to address my concern and to indicate how the increament would affect my financial status as affordability will be a problem. I was assisted by Nkosie Mthembu who kindly listen to my case. He looked into my profile and worked out a reduced premuim that would become effective the next month. In the process he updated certain details of my account to ensure my profile was to date. At the end I was satisfied and was amazed at what he could do to accomodate me. My last option was to find alternative insurance that would cost less (come down my level). Nkosie managed to retain a long standing client for MiWay and I was saved the trouble of looking for cover elsewhere. Keep up teh good work Nkosie</p>
