Reduced insurance premium

I have just received an email from Myway Insurance stating that due to the annual increase on the policy my premium is going to increase, I quickly called Myway and renegotiated my that my premium be reduced, after speaking to a number of people I was finally assisted by Mpho Makhene who managed to reduced my premium to what I am now comfortable paying. This really made my day because I was initially depressed by the increase, but I am glad Mpho came to my rescue.
