Reduce my monthly premium
I called MiWay to reduce my monthly premium, I was assisted by a guy called Kamo, let me brag he has a good customer service skills and patience. He told me about restrictions I had on my policy which I wasn't even aware of. Thank you Kamo and MiWay for accomodating my request to reduce my premiums. I can now safely say MiWay is a good insurer and willing to listen to its customers.
