redress and transparent service
as today i was assisted by senior consultant named Buhle Nkuna, as yesterday was very absent on how the treated me, i was about to cancel my insurance with them but with the redress and willingness assistance from her, i am no loner cancelling and am very happy and impressed by her level on professionalism. thank you Kind regards
