REDICULOUS RATE -- CLIENT OF MORE THAN 5 YEARS

very disappointed with my current insurance. I have been with them for more than 5 years (claim free). Now I have asked for a quote on a new vehicle and they quote me more than double my current premium. The lady that assisted even said I cannot compare a Corsa with Peugeot. QUESTION -- who is driving the car? am I looking for a quote on a GTI or a Merc? ....NO *shocking*
