Recovering access money from the 3rd party

On the 2nd April 2015 I had a accident where the responsible party for the accident was the third party (Putco Bus) The same day I reported the incident and even got a claim reference number: C623656, I also submitted the accident report number as per request, Mustapha Gaffor was assigned from their legal recovery department with regards to the claim against the third party(access money) he told me he'll start working on recovering the access money which was deducted from the payout I got from Miway after signing a disclaimer because I was refusing to pay the R6000 access money as I was not responsible for the accident. I haven't heard from them on the progress and it has been a while. i want my access money
