Recording

I have since requested my recording when joined Miway, Miway says i did not disclose that sunroof was an extra, I honestly dont remember the telephonic discussion.So now I have not yet logged a claim becos of their story, am still waiting to this day no1 bothered to call me back, I sent numerous emails to retention agent, No response at all.
