Re:Claim being rejected by Miway insurance

Good morning im Mr V Ngcobo im experiencing a problem where Miway insurance rejected our claim for the vehicle invovled in an accident a claim was lodged,vehicle assessed and later on during the process they wanted us to sign a consent form so that they will retrieve our cellphone records and also for the car tracking device which was installed after we were covered and which was not a requirement they wanted for us to have a valid cover in place and i was paying the tracking device separate from their premium with a different service provider,as off the the claim is still being rejected and we have to pay for the towing services.
