Reckless handling of third party claim

I want clarity on the claim of the 3rd of April. I just received news that you made it as a finalized claim even though it was a third party minor claim? This might be nothing to you but could reflect badly in my record as it will seem like I did not disclose information. You have until end of business today to correct this.
