Received a call regarding my premium being behind and the lady who helped me was very sympathetic and tried her best to find away to assist me so that my insurance doesn't lapse
Received a call regarding my premium being behind and the lady who helped me was very sympathetic and tried her best to find away to assist me so that my insurance doesn't lapse. Her name is Ramasela. I really appreciate her explanation and courtesy call.
