Reassuring and professional

There I was, navigating Joburg's traffic in the rain early this morning. I hit a pothole that put an immediate stop to my trip. I had to stop over at the nearest filling station and the nice guys at the filling station found that possible rim damage.

So, I had everything I needed - the guys at the filling station who were willing to get their hands dirty just to help, a spare wheel and optimism. But, I lacked one thing - a wheel spanner!

Because I didn't want to lose more time out of my day, I immediately called MiWay and got through to Tumisang Kolwane whose reassuring demeanour and professionalism helped a lot to calm my nerves. Within 30 minutes he had organized roadside assist. Juan who came through sorted me out with a quick tire change and I was back on the road in no time.
