Really tried his best to retain an irate client

I have been struggling to get my policy cancelled by Miway until I managed to get through to Diego. He had to first calm me down before then trying his utmost best to retain me as a client. Unfortunately Miway wasn't able to retain my business but Diego really went the extra mile and suggested various options. After that he still confirmed that my debit order will not be going off and sent me a cancellation letter. Thanks Diego for good service.
